Christmas Delivery Information
We are now closed for Christmas
but the team will still be replying to emails.
Any orders placed after midnight on Tuesday 20th of December will not be processed until we return on the 3rd of January.
When placing an order we also recommend you choose courier delivery to avoid further delays during the Royal Mail strikes.
If your order has not yet arrived, please email us for an update. We are tracking orders daily to most have now arrived following the Royal Mail strikes, and we are doing our best to ensure you receive your order. Please be aware that packages stuck in the Royal Mail system are out of our control.
We are working hard to find alternative delivery options that remain cost effective for you, our customers and us as a business.
From 13th December 2022, you will be offered a delivery option of Royal Mail – or Courier – unfortunately, some postcodes are a much higher cost for courier delivery, but Royal Mail parcels will be sent Tracked – although this does not guarantee any delivery timescale at the moment.
The following postcodes are affected – but during checkout you will be offered a courier choice.
AB1-56, FK 17-21, IV1-28, 30-32,36, 40, 52-54, 63, KW1-14, PA21-40,80 PH15-26, 30-41,49-50
HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, 60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Isle of Wight,Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Island
We apologise for any delays and cannot guarantee a delivery timescale while Royal Mail strikes continue.
Options will appear for courier delivery at checkout for all areas with the cost if you wish to select courier delivery.
