Please know that we are doing everything in our power to get your parcels to you as soon as possible. We are working to find solutions to the issue and to ensure that your parcels are delivered to you in a timely manner.

Our system does send out an email asking you to kindly review your purchase on Trust Pilot – we are working hard to gain honest reviews of what we believe to be one of the best candles on the market. Please could we ask that you do not review the delivery service which is beyond our control due to the strikes and bad weather, but please let others know what you think of our fragrances and candles.
